Anthem at Merrill Ranch by Pulte Homes

I just past the first year mark in my Pulte home here in Anthem. I moved from another Anthem home that I purchased and lived in for 10 years. No major issues and anything minor was remedied as we expected. We most recently dealt with Donny Holmstrom our Customer Care Manager for our 1 year warranty work. Mr. Holmstrom was punctual, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He is working with my schedule to schedule repair contractors. I look forward to working with him again.

Vail Parke at Rocking K by Pulte Homes

Nice homes, but unless you want to wait for a home built from scratch you get what they have half built, and take it or leave it. Their designers have already ordered everything and will not make changes because they are afraid the supply chain can't keep up. So, you'd better like grey and light grey and dark grey and a bit of white! Also they will advertise that they have quick move in homes at $395,000. but they have already loaded these homes with everything they think they can make money on, that you might like, or might not, and now the price tag is closer to $495,000. Again- no changes.

Pulte has been an incredible homebuilder for decades. In 1995, Pulte Homes became the largest homebuilder in the United States. Twenty years later, they are still innovative, relevant, and an industry leader.
