There is a total of seven-floor plans to choose from in what is an extremely affordable community. Properties range from just $196,990 to $231,990, and there are single and two-story homes on offer. Each property at The Enclaves features a two-car garage, and a minimum of two bathrooms and three bedrooms. Square footage ranges from 1,547 to 2,541. KB Homes plan to build a total of 77 properties at The Enclaves so you can expect the already impressive array of amenities to improve.
If you elect to live at The Enclaves, you are just four miles away from Sky Harbor Airport with several fantastic locations just a few minute’s drive from your home including Phoenix Zoo, Arizona State University, Chandler Fashion Center and a number of excellent schools in the area. If you like the Great Outdoors, you will love The Enclaves because it is close to the beautiful South Mountain Park which features a 16,000-acre nature reserve. Effectively, Taylor Morrison is creating a new community in the middle of nowhere in what is a brave and bold move. It is potentially a stroke of genius because the 80-acre site is surrounded by untouched land so that new residents will enjoy the truly breathtaking scenery.
The Desert Preserve covers around 33 square miles and has 34 miles of well-preserved trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. There are 21 separate trails to choose from and while it seems as if you are in the wilderness, there are excellent amenities in the region. Also, you are not that far away from Phoenix.
The nearby Sonoran Foothills region has 16 neighborhoods with a vast array of amenities including community pools, basketball courts, soccer parks and tennis courts.
