UPDATE : I would give LGI Magma Ranch all the stars if I could. Our home is currently being built, but we've hit a snag with the down payment. Lamarr and John are going above and beyond to get us into our home. Most companies or realtors would tell us to kick rocks until we got it together, but these guys care, and are just as invested in making it happen as we are. It's really refreshing and I am so excited, and proud to be working with such an outstanding group of people. If your done renting, but think buying is not possible take a ride out and talk to Lamarr, Christine, or John. They WILL help you.

My husband and I spent a lot of time at Magma Ranch today. We met with Eddie at 3:00, and he worked with us until nearly 7:00. He walked through LGI and gave us a very detailed overview of how everything worked, after that we went and looked at all 5 models. Eddie walked us through each and every home, explained all of the amenities, and gave us a tour of the neighborhood park and outdoor recreation area. Only after he showed us everything we wanted to see, did we go in and discuss our financing options. Again, Eddie went over everything we needed to know and explained the process and steps in great detail. There were no 'hard sell' tactics or intimidation. The whole experience was very refreshing. We are looking forward to working with Eddie and LGI over the next few months."
