South Fork Estates in Draper, Utah, which is about 20 minutes from Salt Lake City, is a new homes community built by Symphony Homes. The homes are known for their European style and spacious family areas, while having a great scenic view of the Traverse Mountains. Overall, Draper is known for out outdoor trails, hiking, and some of the best hang gliding in the nation.
The community itself offers 26 lots with prices starting in the $300,000′s. There are 16 floor plans to choose from with square footage ranging from 3,100 to 5,300. Each plan comes with multiple faces. Bedrooms range from 3 to 5, bathrooms 2 to 3 1/2, and you can have either 2 or 3-car garages. The largest floor plan comes with an extra large game room and offers plenty of options for expansion.
