Village of Sage Meadows is a new homes community that’s been master planned and has homes built by KB Homes in Temple, TX, which is located in central Texas about 65 miles from Austin. It’s a community of affordable single-family homes that start at under $100,000, yet offers a variety of home styles that fit anyone’s level of comfort.
Talk about diversity and similarity at the same time! KB Homes offers 20 different floor plans for this community, and the price range for all homes is less than $50,000, with the lowest priced home coming in around $95,000 and the highest priced coming in around $140,000. Every home has between 2 to 2 1/2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a 2-car garage. Half of the homes are ranch houses, while the rest, those that have more than 3 bedrooms, are two story. Square footage in the homes offers a bit more diversity based on price, ranging from 1,109 to 2,561, and every design offers a nice sized living room and a master bedroom with a master bathroom.
