The Sharyland Plantation in Mission, TX, contains multiple housing developments with different types of homes at a variety of prices. The Las Cruces neighborhood is one of those developments, with new houses by Perry Homes starting around $240,000 and going between 2,400 and 3,600 square feet.
Sharyland Plantation is a planned community of around 6,000 acres which offers lots of green spaces, including many walking trails. There’s also a recreation community center that has a pool and water slides. And within the overall community there are some commercial properties as well, including coffee shops and other amenities.
The Las Cruces homes themselves offer 14 different floor plans, with some of them able to expand as necessary. The smallest plan, which are all denoted numerically, 2414W, is a 4 bedroom ranch with 2 bathrooms and a 2-car garage, with a 12′ foot ceiling in the master bedroom. The largest plan, 3594W, is a 5-bedroom two-story home with 3 1/2 bathrooms and a 3-car garage, with 11′ ceilings throughout the lower level, the master bedroom on the main floor with a large master bathroom and two walk-in closets off the bathroom so that the bedroom is all living space.
