The Prairies of Winchester Glen is a new homes community in Carpentersville, IL built by Pulte Homes. It’s an upscale community which, by the time it’s finished, will have around 430 homes overall, but will be broken down into multiple communities. It has tree lined streets, open spaces, and all of the homes will have brick fronts. The community also has a half basketball court, soccer field, baseball field, play area, and access to two nearby golf courses.
Right now, there are 3 main floor plans offered to home buyers. Home prices start around $342,000, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Square footage of the homes starts around 2,700, and the floor plans offer opportunities for customization. The largest floor plan, known as the Devonshire, offers the option to build an in-law suite with a private bathroom.
