Admiral at the Lake is a new retirement community in Chicago that offers a more social lifestyle than many senior living facilities. It’s a 31-story highrise on Chicago’s north side that has rooftop terraces, a wellness center that includes a spa, and its own garden for residents to enjoy. Many of the apartments have a beautiful view of Lake Michigan.
When it comes to living space, there are around 200 residential apartments and 27 different designs offered. The apartments range in size from 1 to 3 bedroom homes, as well as 39 assisted living, 17 memory support accommodations, and 36 private skilled nursing rooms. There’s a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, library and resource center, and media room. Indoor parking will be available for residents, multiple dining options, and retail stores are being added both within the building and in close proximity to the building as well.
