JMJ Development is to begin construction on their latest master-planned community located just thirty miles west of San Antonio. The 870-acre, $25 million gated community will consist of 382 custom homes on two-acre lots. Each home site is rumored to provide majestic views of the rolling hills in Texas’ Hill Country. New homes will be built by Lajolla Construction, operating out of Dallas, who is regarded as one of the most technically complete construction management firms in Texas. New home prices are extremely attractive at an estimated range of between the mid-$60,000s to only the mid-$160,000s. Expect to find phase one completed and ready for move-in January 2009.
This latest master-planned community to reach the San Antonio suburbs will provide residents with an abundance of amenities, including architectural design, lavish landscaping, its very own secure mailroom, and an intricate gated entranceway. Kings Gate is only twenty minutes from the Shops at La Cantera and located just five minutes from Medina Lake—a great boating, fishing, and picnicking spot, not to mention weekend getaway! As an ideal location for individuals that work in San Antonio, Kings Gate’s parents can rest assured knowing their children are attending one of highly regarded Texas school districts—the Medina Valley Independent School District.

I enjoyed the article. Real estate is inexpensive in Texas.
Those are some really good prices. I wish the prices could be more like that in St. George Utah. Two acre lots is a great deal.
