New Construction Homes In Woodstock GA.

Looking for a new construction home is Woodstock, GA?  Well, it is available in several neighborhoods and price points.  Just North of Downtown Woodstock you will find Woodstock Knolls being built my national builder Toll Brothers.  Traton Builders is building East of Downtown at The Estates of Fernwood Creeks.  Old Heritage is another neighborhood North of Downtown off Herndon Road.  Prices for these neighborhoods are from $330s to $550s with all builders offering incentives.

If you are looking for a new construction home in the Downtown Woodstock area there is Mill Park and Woodstock Downtown.  Both neighborhoods are charming and have that courtyard home feel.   Presently pricing is $280s to $360s.  Nationally acclaimed builder, John Wieland Homes, has just opened a sales office for Woodstock Downtown.  Additionally there is still property available in the mid-level condo building in the heart of downtown Woodstock.
