I have recently stumble across a great site that strictly sells green homes and have found a unique green home in the beautiful Sedona, Arizona area. This home seems to have everything. Throughout the home, and garage, this home has radiant in floor heating which reduces processed air and dust from being blown around. The roof is also made eco-friendly, reducing 80% of summer heat gain and double pain windows which have a higher R rating than regular single pane windows. This home also uses a water heater that only starts working when hot water is needed, making it about 90% more efficient than conventional water heaters. Another unique feature that I didn’t know existed are the Solar Sun Tubes/lights in the home. These lights do not use any electricity during the day and turn on at night.
If you are interested in checking out this green home or green homes for sale in your state stop by and see what they have.

Wow that home is so different, and great to see that it is a green home and more and more homes are going this route. It is a really unusual design.
I have just came across this site and its informative and interesting.
What an interesting design, I am not to sure if I like all the round rooms or maybe its something that one would have to get used to.
It’s wonderful to see architectural designers who care enough about the environment to build a home that not only looks good, it also utilizes all that’s best in eco-friendly energy.
In a region like Arizona, another design feature used by many builders are eco-friendly outdoor pergolas and patios. They are frequently built using recycled materials and designed so the rooms deflect the heat away from the home, making them a cool oasis on even the warmest days.
Solar panels on pergolas also enable them to trap the sun’s rays and provide an energy efficient source for the entire house.
I liked the idea of solar powered lights and efficient water heaters. That will save electricity. Great design!
The best way to find information is by going through posts like these, will sure use it for my reference purpose, thank you very much for sharing the post.
Love your ideas, wish I could afford a house like this one, its absolutely beautiful! Great power and energy saving ideas on here!
One thing I found about Sedona Retreats is that its really not expensive like you would expect, anyone can do this – and they should!
That house is gorgeous! It looks very luxurious and I bet there’s so much space. I like the way it looks so warm and welcoming, unlike some large homes you see. Only thing I don’t like is the detailing around the top of the round bit. It reminds me of spikes on a dog collar.
It’s good to know that more and more people are now going back to the basics and are now more environmentally aware. I hope new developers and builders would build more green houses such as this so that we can minimize the further destruction of Mother Nature.
This homes looks so sophisticated and modern, I would never have thought that the homeowners cared anything at all about being eco-friendly. It’s great that more and more people are starting to become conscious of protecting our environment and our resources.
I loved this Green Home too much. I am very much into the green movement and this ouse seems so perfect for me and my family. Unfortunately, I live in San Francisco and the house is in Sedona, Arizona. I have some of my friends residing in parts of Arizona. Let me email this link to them and if interested they will surely contact you.
PS: I loved the eco-friendly roof tops of this house. Reducing 80% of summer heat is a task and I wish I could a home like that someday. I am just curious to know about the lights that do not use any electricity during the day and turn on at night!
Hi, this green home is stunning! I am elated about its eco-friendly construction and the solar sun tubes. I feel that heaven is inside this green home. So buying the heaven is expensive. And only rich people could be able to purchase these homes in my view. LOL. I would appreciate “going green and keeping everything green” to preserve our motherly nature. I wish to purchase this heavenliness in my future at least. Hope it would happen soon!
