Master planned developments are large communities that are typically located near commercial plazas making it easy for residents to shop for groceries, grab a bit to eat, or stop by the local convenience store. In most cases, you’ll find that planned communities include several individual neighborhoods from various new home builders. Each builder will have their own home styles, floor plans, home options and home prices. Additionally, planned communities usually have more amenities than you would find in a typical one home builder neighborhood. Visit Coronado Ranch
Located in Las Vegas’southwest valley, American West Homes’Coronado Ranch offers the privacy of community living and the advantages of all Las Vegas has to offer. Coronado Ranch has several tree-lined neighborhoods that feature views of both the nearby Spring Mountains and the glittering lights of the Vegas Strip. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, recreational facilities, parks, and pathways. There are also nearby golf courses and parks including Silverado Ranch Parkthat features picnic areas, a skate park, a dog park, baseball fields, and basketball courts.

The Springs is a private, gated golf course community located in the north Carson Valley, a short drive to both downtown Carson City and Lake Tahoe, with its rich array of summer and winter outdoor activities.
