The Courtyards at Angel Street is one of the newest townhome communities in Layton, UT. The townhomes are built by Trophy Homes, which has built them in throughout the Salt Lake City area and most of southern Utah. They have earned multiple awards, including the 2002 Community of the Year award from the Utah Home Builders Association.
This townhome community has 36 units with two specific floorplans that offers 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The Calais has one car garages and 1,253 square feet, whereas the Marseille has 2-car garages and 1,477 square feet. Both styles are two-story homes, with large master bedrooms with master bathrooms and a walk in closet on the other side of the bathroom. It’s also close to many entertainment venues such as the Heritage Museum, the Hill Aerospace Museum, and the Centennial Amphitheater. Prices range from $184,000 for the Calais and $200,000 for the Marseille, as both floor plans allow for a second master bedroom.
