Silver Lake is a lovely community located in Eagle Mountain, Utah. Liberty Homes has been constructing a number of houses there, which range from the one-story Rambler models to two-story traditional homes. Just forty miles southwest of Salt Lake City, the town has a number of different public services and amenities to benefit homeowners. There is plenty to do in Eagle Mountain, especially if you love the outdoors. Hiking trails, biking trails, parks, and camping are all great opportunities to spend some time outside, although there are movie theaters, dining, nightlife, and other aspects to enjoy. There are of course a number of public schools, hospitals, grocery markets, and other essential services.
The homes in Silver Lake start at about $150,000. One of the more modest models, the Lincoln, is a three bedroom, two bathroom single story house that covers a total of 2,500 square feet. The Georgian, on the other hand, is a 4-bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom, 2-story building with almost 3,500 square feet. There are also multi-level models, such as the 2,000 square foot Monroe, available for those that prefer this type of model.
