Two million for a penthouse isn’t bad. In New York we see penthouses go for 9 million, without anyone blinking an eye. This luxury condo unit is priced on the low end – especially for its location.
Well Suzanne, you have to make allowances for the area of the country. NYC has many living spaces with prices like that, but not Utah, so that’s pretty pricey for this area.
