Millcreek Gardens is a new homes community in Murray, UT created by Liberty Homes. It’s a unique community that offers both single family homes and condominium living integrated together to make it a special neighborhood of all mixes and ages. The streets are tree-lined, and there’s hardly a place in the entire neighborhood where the Wasatch Mountains can’t be seen in the background.
When it comes to the homes themselves, there are 3 basic floor plans, all of them luxury plans. They range in square footage from 2,591 to 4,019, with prices ranging from $290,000 to $450,000, and come with between 3 to 5 bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths and 2-car garages. The condominiums come in at 2,140 and 3,666 square feet and priced between $389,950 and $450,950 with 3 to 5 bedrooms and 22 to 3 bathrooms, but mainly with single car garages.
