Harvest Crossing by Peterson Homes is a new home community in South Jordan, Utah. It’s a secure, master planned gated community that has a home association to help balance the work/life focus of the area. Home prices start around $250,000 in a community known for its clubhouse, pool, multiple areas for children to play and extensive open spaces.
Homes are large and spacious, and not too close to each other throughout the neighborhood. There are 8 different floor plans ranging from 2,512 to 4,027 square feet. The lots range from 5,000 to 10,000 square feet, which offers large yards for landscaping. All homes have between 3 and 5 bedrooms, 2 or 3-car garages, 3 1/2 to 4 bathrooms, family rooms, recreation rooms, and master bathrooms off large master bedrooms. All floor plans also offer the opportunity to expand by finishing the basements.

These look like they are going to be great homes. I’ve heard a lot about the Harvest Crossing area and it looks great. New homes are so nice!
