Foxboro North is a master planned community in North Salt Lake that has both single family homes along with the Berkeley Row Townhomes and Condominiums. These properties are owned by Woodside Homes.
The community itself boasts many amenities for the residents of the townhomes and condos including a clubhouse with an exercise room, pool and hot tub, multiple parks with many open walking spaces, and access to any of 3 charter elementary schools for the kids. There’s also a Home Owners Association to make sure everything stays up to date. And the community is also working on a 16 acre park for everyone to be able to maximize their views of the beautiful Wasatch Mountains.
The designs for the townhomes and condominiums include both one and two story models with 2 to 3 bedrooms and 2 to 2 1/2 bathrooms. Prices start around $165,000.
