East Mountain is a home community in Provo, Utah, where the builder is Hallmark Homes. It’s a planned community with a homeowners association that charges $30 a month for maintenance fees. Hallmark Homes also offers its own $8,000 incentive for new home buyers. The area comes with both a basketball and volleyball court, a park, a picnic area with a gazebo, and sits on the edge of the Wasatch Range Mountains.
East Mountain offers many floor plans for homes in the area. The homes range in square feet between 1,450 and 3,200, with pricing ranging from between $199,000 to $270,000. They also run between 2 and 4 bedrooms, 2 and 3 bathrooms, with 1 and 2-car garages. Most homes come with an unfinished basement. And the larger homes come with options for large master bathrooms.
