Talk about a beautiful place to live! Daybreak Townhomes is a townhome community in South Jordan, UT, created by Hamlet Homes. The townhomes themselves are spectacular, but you can’t begin to talk about these homes without talking about the surrounding area.
Let’s start with the mountain vistas of both the Oquirrh Mountains, where the sun sets, and the Wasatch Mountains; snow-capped, large, and inviting. Nearby is the Jordan River, and some of the townhomes are on the shores of Oquirrh Lake. This means boating, canoeing, and fishing are great events during good weather.
This community itself is above the norm as well. Not only are the townhomes a little larger than the norm, but all are energy compliant as well. In this community, the smallest townhome is almost 2,000 square feet, which is phenomenal. There are 3 basic floor plans, and the largest is called the Briar, which has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms; the other two designs have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Briar comes in near 2,300 square feet, and is priced around $200,000. It comes with a game room, master bedroom with a walk-in closet and master bathroom, and can have a fourth bedroom built if requested.
This is a wonderful community that’s close to the Salt Lake City, yet far enough to feel like you’re away from it all.
