The Daybreak community in South Jordan is a master planned community by Richmond American that offers a high standard of living by integrating housing with shops, open spaces, schools and recreation areas to give a unique living experience to anyone who lives there. Each block is designed to blend different styles of homes into a homogeneous unit where residents can easily walk through their neighborhoods without worrying about traffic or other dangers. There are also community centers which plan many activities for the residents.
Daybreak has contracted with 12 different home builders that must build Energy Star certified homes for the residents. Homes can be built in traditional or modern styles. Offered are homes ranging from 1,000 to more than 5,000 square feet, with up to 5 bathrooms and 5 or more bedrooms. Prices range from around $100,000 and can go just above $400,000. There’s also condominium residences in the area, some of them offering the opportunity to style the inside to the buyer’s desires.
