Caliber Homes is known as a luxury home builder whose mission is to offer a “higher caliber” to the home building process. They have built homes in three communities in Utah, two of which have an emphasis on luxury and size, with home prices beginning around $450,000 and up. These communities are Naylor Farm Estates in West Jordan, and The Bridges on Vine in Murray. Each of these homes comes with at least 4,000 square feet, three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a den.
Their third community, Center Square in Midvale, is their newest and most price conscious community, with home prices that will be starting around $150,000. It will integrate retail and office space along with an on-site fitness center and spaces for meditation and community gatherings.
