The Woodlands of Amarillo is a gated master planned community of homes by various builders that offers both single family residences and luxury villas. Contained within the community is a wooded spring lake that offers a sense of country living not experienced anywhere else in the city. The community even has its own elementary school, opened in 1999, which has already won a national award for excellence.
Because there are multiple builders allowed within the community home styles and prices it’s hard to say what the starting prices are. However, it looks like home prices start in the low $200,000′s for the most part.
