Highlands Estates at Crystal Falls is a master planned new homes community in Crystal Falls, TX, which is in the Austin area, by Perry Homes. It’s a community with lots of wooded streets and spaces, along with a community pool, playgrounds for the kids, picnic areas and a sand volleyball court and recreation area.
Home prices start around $310,000 and there are 16 different floor plans offered that range from 3,111 to 4,191 square feet. Homes range from 4 to 5 bedrooms, 3 to 4 1/2 bathrooms, one or two-story homes, and every plan offers a 3-car garage. The largest floor plan, known as the Western Justice, offers an extra large kitchen with an island, a large family room with a fireplace, and a large master bathroom with a separate tub and shower.
