Hi Mike,
I just looked through some of the homes on your website. Park West appears to be a high quality neighborhood. Mount Pleasant must be the ‘Hot Spot’ in Charleston. I’ve always liked James Island and the Folly Beach area, and who wouldn’t want to live in Isle of Palms. Columbia has similar neighborhoods like Lake Carolina but I think that being near Historic Charleston and the coast is probably the main difference in market values.
By the way, nice website. I searched through your web site blog also. Hopefully we can do some business together sometime.

I actually came across this on Google, and I am actually happy I did. I will definately be returning here more often. Wish I could add towards the post and bring a bit much more towards the table, but am just absorbing as much info as I can at the moment.
