Yep, I have been practicing real estate for over 10 years now and Mungo has always been relevant in our market. There is a neighborhood called Wren Creek in Blythewood that they launched recently. Mostly high end homes in a booming market…even in these times. I once thought of them as low quality tract builders but my perception of their company has changed tremendously. I’m happy to see them building quality homes in my home town. If they build homes similar to the style that are in Blythewood they should create a competitive market there.
