The 21st annual Prism awards were held on September 25th, sponsored by the Charleston Trident Home Builders Association. Local Charleston home builders and their peers received awards for top in design, advertising, construction, remodeling, and sales.

According to the Charleston Trident Home Builders Association, honors went to area home builders who exceed standards in product quality, marketing, customer service and new home sales. The winners were:
