The value of homes in Orange County has seen the biggest decline in years. The median sales price decreased 19.4 percent. Some experts have said that the real estate market has already bottomed out, which means that the price of a new home will again start to increase in value.

As part of their new incentive package, “From Your Home to Ours”, which includes a free home inspection, a visit by a staging consultant, a market analysis, and offering the potential buyer a one-year home warranty. KHov will give the potential buyer of your home a one-year home warranty.
