Estrella Master Planned Community in Goodyear, Arizona
The community of Estrella is located in Goodyear, Arizona in the Sonoran Desert Valley. With Phoenix being the closest city, Estrella is a great mix of quiet community living and big city convenience. Estrella is a great community where land, life and families are the most important things.
Estrella is made up of three smaller communities. The original community, Mountain Ranch, has been the home to families for over two decades. The newest community, Montecito, is a community that is preserving the desert land while creating an extraordinary life. The planned community of Province will be an active-adult community for homeowners 55 and older. In the Estrella community there really is something for everyone.
The amenities in Estrella range from 72-acres of lakes to hiking trails and numerous parks to a golf course, yacht club, Starpointe Residents Club and Starsplash Waterpark. The hiking trails lead you all through Estrella, from your home and neighborhood to the edges of the community where the desert really begins. Parks are scattered throughout the community with at least a few near your home. The Startpointe Residents Club offer residents and guests a relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere. From state-of-the-art fitness equipment to water slides and a 25 meter heated lap pool there is something for all ages to enjoy. The Golf Club of Estrella is a championship course managed by Troon Golf and designed by Nicklaus Design. The Estrella Yacht Club hosts sailing, kayaking, canoeing and fishing.

With so many home builders to choose from you are sure to find the right plan for your family. Homes are available with choices of 2-6 bedrooms and 2-5 bathrooms. Plans go up to 5280 sq. ft. and prices are from the $200s to the $900s. Also available are custom homesites that start from the $180s.
