A: We list top national home builders on the main page of our New Home Builders Section, and you can find quick links to builders throughout the country in the sidebar.
Q: Who are the contributors and authors on New Homes Section?
A: Most of the contributors on New Homes Section are new home professionals, real estate agents or real estate industry experts. Some articles were contributed by guest bloggers from different industries that relate to new homes and real estate in some manner. Most articles are published by an author on the New Homes Section team.
Q: Why are some home builders not listed on New Homes Section?
A: We try hard to include information about most home builders in most markets, but our resources are limited. Our builder directories offer free inclusion (in most cases), so if a home builder isn’t listed, we probably don’t know they’re out there, or we’re working our way to their information.

Q: Is all of your information about new homes, home builders and the real estate/construction industry up-to-date?
A: New home listings and details about home builders in each states builder directory are up-to-date. Additionally, many of the articles, feature homes & feature communities that you find direct links to on our homepage and in sidebars throughout the website are typically current. That said, we’ve been publishing information for years, so much of the content on the website may be out of date. However, nearly every page on the site offers links to each home builder’s website, so you can always visit their website for the most up-to-date information.
Q: What do I do if I find information about a home or community that I like, but the homes are no longer for sale?
A: Contact the home builder and ask them if they have any similar homes or communities in or around the market you’re interested in. In some cases, home builders will have similar homes and communities in markets they’ve built in before. If they don’t, they’ll most likely refer you to a home builder with homes and communities that match your interests.
Q: Does New Homes Section publish press releases from New Home Builders and companies in the new home industry?
A: Yes, you can find news releases from home builders and industry professionals in our Home Builder & Housing News Section.
