Consumers in the market for a home can tour nearly 50 new and resale houses at Vistancia during the community’s Tour of Homes from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. May 1-2.
Free and open to the public, the event will feature homes in the Peoria master plan’s three villages–Vistancia Village, Trilogy at Vistancia and the private, gated Blackstone. The diverse selection of Peoria new home floor plans, styles and prices will include starter and move-up homes as well as more upscale customized residences.
New home builders at Vistancia include Cachet Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, Maracay Homes, Rosewood Homes, Shea Homes and T.W. Lewis.
“This event is a great opportunity to see all types of designs and floor plans throughout Vistancia,” said Vistancia Marketing Director Sandy Esmay. “Buyers can also experience the three distinct lifestyles here.”
Throughout the weekend, visitors can register, at individual builder offices, to win a variety of prizes including a $300 Visa gift card, $150 Safeway gift card, $50 gift card to The Tasting Room located in the Vistancia Marketplace and a round of golf at Blackstone Country Club.
Maps to the model homes and open houses will be available at the Vistancia Information Center located on Vistancia Boulevard just south of Lone Mountain Parkway.
To reach Vistancia, turn west on Happy Valley Road from Lake Pleasant Parkway (99th Avenue); or west on Vistancia Parkway from Loop 303. Follow into the community.
