If you don't price a home properly the rest of your effort will become meaningless. Hiring a Realtor that has a strong internet marketing plan should be a strong consideration. I agree with you completely about interviewing multiple Realtors. Far too many consumers make the mistake of not doing proper research on the agent they choose.
