I tell people all the time that proper pricing is at least 80% of the marketing plan. If you don’t price a home properly the rest of your effort will become meaningless. Hiring a Realtor that has a strong internet marketing plan should be a strong consideration. I agree with you completely about interviewing multiple Realtors. Far too many consumers make the mistake of not doing proper research on the agent they choose.

Well right now, I had my blue carpet in my room. I think black is a much modern color for ceiling than white when we’re talking on rooms. I love to color my ceiling black because I imagine a lot at night and seeing stars in it. I love the varnish color on my entertainment room. It makes the room much brighter. Now I know the reason why I still feel tired after taking a rest and when I go home and relax after a long day. I should buy myself a new mattress but there is my pillow that I really can’t throw away because that pillow is with me since I was a kid. I cant sleep without that pillow so I’ll be keeping it. Thank you for the tips. I’ll be much more effective at work now that I know that I can sleep better and rest.

I had been sleeping with my 10-year old pillow and yes, sometimes I woke up feeling tired and achy. I then changed it with new softer one and now have a good night sleep.

Try to clean your home before presenting it to the buyer. It will add market value. Moreover, also present nearest important location, like market, school, clinic to convince the buyer that your house is in strategic location to the necessary places.
