“In the early 1990′s Scott Patrick began developing residential neighborhoods in High Desert, a 1000 acre master planned community set into the foothills of the Sandia Mountains located in Albuquerque’s far Northeast Heights. Scott worked with engineering companies to develop some of the more environmentally friendly new home communities that blend into the surrounding landscape.
With a keen interest and respect for the native flora and fauna, Scott’s desire was to achieve a balance with nature while designing builder sites and custom homes that showcased the beauty of the area with an abundance of view corridors.
