Beacon Point is a single-family community located in Hoffman Estates. Buyers will find multiple floor plans with homes ranging between 2,250 and 3,122 square feet and priced from the $350s. The Hawthorne plan is a four bedroom, three bathroom (two full plus one half-bath), two-car garage, 2,709 square foot home that starts in the $390s. The Hawthorne features two-stories, nine-foot ceilings, a study, separate family and living rooms, a loft, and kitchen with a food preparing island and breakfast nook.
Talamore Townhomes is Ryland’s most recent townhome community in Huntley. Townhomes range in size from 1,400 to 1,690 square feet, and are available from the $160s. The Glenshire is a 1,590 square foot home offering two bedrooms, three bathrooms (two full plus one half-bath), two-stories , and a two-car garage. The Glenshire is available for quick delivery, starting in the $180s, and features an optional third bedroom, nine-foot ceilings, a wall of windows, and a spacious kitchen with a food preparation island.
Haverford Place is an active-adult community also located in Hoffman Estates. Residents are restricted for those 55 and older. Currently, there are only two homes left in this community’s close-out phase. The Balmoral is a two bedroom, two bathroom, single-level home that offers 2,028 square feet of living space for only $393,990. The Durbin also offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and single story living, but with 2,064 square feet of living area for $398,990.
