These new homes are amazing. Many of these developing sites have real potential, but i am concernced with real estates uplifting the price sometimes, because of the "new" look and feel of the community. Are they really worth over 1 million?
Those are beautiful looking homes, but I don't think Riverside is a highly desirable area. It is heavily populated, but the weather is not that great and the air is as bad as LA. If I had a choice I would live else where.
