Do you have a Michigan style Home, and I know every house is different, but is there a basic price and layout per home. Like I know that 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large kitchen, family, large office, and 3 car garage is what I want, knowing prices and layouts would help alot. The pictures on this website are really nice homes and I hear its cheaper to have a house built then buy someones else’s dream and repair it.
