About one month after Pulte Homes acquired Centex, the Michigan-based builder is celebrating the grand opening of three new home communities in San Antonio, Texas.
Grandview is a single-family home neighborhood in Northwest San Antonio with new homes starting in the $190s. Buyers at Grandview can select from four home plans – the Vernon Hill, the Monterrey, the Thoreau, and the Rushmore. Each of the homes provides four bedrooms and sizes range from 1,896 to 2,781 square feet.
Lakeside at Canyon Springs is located in North San Antonio and new homes start in the $180s. This community also provides four home plans to select from – the Vernon Hill, the Barclay, the Norwalk, and the Bellamy II. Homes range from three to four bedrooms and 1,896 to 2,799 square feet.
The third community unveiled is Hillcrest, a single-family home community with homes starting in the $130s. Pulte lists one move-in ready home, the Versailles, a 2,373 square foot home with three bedrooms, two full baths, and one half-bath starting from $156,990.
