Pulte Homes is a national new home builder with seven communities located in and around the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas. These communities offer new home buyers town home and single-family home opportunities ranging from the low $100s to the high $300s. Homes in these subdivisions offer as much as 4,406 square feet, and have as many as five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
In most of these Pulte Homes’ communities, houses are priced in the $100 and $200s and offer three to four bedrooms and two to two-and-a-half bathrooms; two communities, the Greens of Oakmont & The Greens at The Fairways of Champions Circle, are golf communities.

I know a little about Pulte Homes. Their basic core value is to provide homes to first time home owners. Driven by their motto ‘homeowners for life,’ they focus on developing houses for first time home owners and work with them together until their retirement. This home builder focuses on sales, customer services and construction.
A home like that would be in the mid 800′s where I am a broker. Central Cal. Wow! I would love to be able to transport one of those beauties to San Jose Ca homes for sale.
