Pardee Homes
Pardee Homes provides new homes in Nevada – Las Vegas and North Las Vegas, and in Southern California – Lake Elsinore, Beaumont, and San Diego. Founded in 1921 by George Pardee Sr., Pardee was soon joined by his three sons during the Los Angeles housing boom shortly after World War II. In recent years, Pardee Homes has been the recipient of such builder awards as America’s Best Builderd (2003), Outstanding Philanthropy by a Homebuilding Company (2006), and the Energy Star Partner of the Year for Sustained Excellence (2006).
Pardee Homes’ communities in Nevada include Ridgeview and Riverstone, both master-planned communities located in North Las Vegas, and Rosetta and Trail Ridge located in Las Vegas. New homes can be purchased from the high $100s at each of these communities.
Pardee Homes offers new homes at several communities in Southern California, including Brookview Terrace, located in Lake Elsinore and priced from the mid-$100s, and Estrella, located in Beaumont and priced from the high $100s. Currently Pardee offers new homes at only a single community – Riveredge Terrace; however, two new communities are expected soon – Shaw Lorenz and Terramar.
