Lennar’s Charlotte, North Carolina division recently moved into the Top Ten list in the latest Market Opportunity Research Enterpriceses ® (M.O.R.E.) report regarding Charlotte home closings. M.O.R.E. is a southeastern market research and analysis firm that specializes in providing information to the residential construction industry.
Between the first quarter of 2008 through to the first quarter of 2009, Lennar’s Charlotte division moved from 15th place to 6th place on the M.O.R.E. report. 237 new homes were sold during this period by the Charlotte division of Lennar.
