Also, your referred guest (buyer) will receive $10,000 credit towards closing costs, options, and/or upgrades. The referral program is only available at San Diego County Communities. In order to receive your $5,000, the referred guest (your friend / the buyer) must be a first-time visitor to the Brookfield Community and must purchase before Aug 31, 2010 and must close escrow. The referred guest (buyer) and the referring party must both sign a Non-Agent Referral Fee Declaration.
