Ventana at Weston Hills

Ventana at Weston Hills is a new home community in Henderson, Nevada, that’s being constructed by Beazer Homes. Beazer is known for their energy efficient homes all across the country. As it pertains to the community in Ventana, it’s close to McCarran International Airport, golf courses, and is close to walking trails and bike paths, a fitness center, and playgrounds and picnic areas.

Homes in this community are based on four floor plans that range from $140,000 to $195,000. All of the homes have 3 bedrooms, while they differ with 2 or 2 1/2 bathrooms and 2 or 3 car garages. The square footage ranges from 1,294 to 1880. Their top of the line home, called the Verona, is on the opposite side of the 2nd floor from the other rooms, with a leisure room on the second floor separating them and also containing two walk in closets.
