The Turnberry Place Condos of Las Vegas is a four tower 45-story high rise condominium of luxury living for those discriminating residents who wish to live in the splendor of the Las Vegas Strip without actually living on it. Each residence has Italian marble baths and Jacuzzi whirlpool tubs, European style granite tops in the kitchen area and 9-foot ceilings. The main feature of the residence is the Stirling Club, an exclusive social club for invited members only that has a world class restaurant and chef, a billiards area, a piano lounge and a wine and cigar bar.
The residences themselves range from 1,500 to 9,000 square feet, with prices ranging from $530,000 to upwards of $5 million. The smallest homes have 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are still residences that can be designed, but most of the areas have already been sold.
