Traccia is a gated new homes community by Toll Brothers in Summerlin, NV, a planned community that’s partially in Las Vegas. It sits in the Red Rock Canyon area, far enough away from the Strip but close enough for nighttime entertainment. The community offers a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, a park, tennis courts and has plenty of walking spaces and vista views.
