The Residences At Southern Hills is a luxury home community in Henderson, NV, by Astoria Homes. These homes are so exclusive that no two homes in the community look the same. There’s no option off limit for these homes, which range in size from 2,218 to 4,208 or even larger if a homeowner so chooses.
There are four basic planes from which Astoria Homes works. Starting around $410,000, one can choose a large ranch style house with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a 2-car garage on the small end, or go for the 3-story, 4-bedroom, 3-car garage with both a den and a loft, with a master bedroom so large that it’s called a suite (and it comes with a covered deck) that has a walk-in closet and large master bathroom at a tune of around $515,000 to start.
This is a wonderful community, close enough to Las Vegas to still enjoy all the benefits of a large metropolis, yet far enough to enjoy the luxury and peace of living in a mountain community.
