The Palladio is a 12-story condominium residence next to the Truckee River in downtown Reno that offers luxury living and customized floor plans for 92 condominiums that range in price from $245,000 up to $750,000.
Floor plans offer units with 1 to 3 bedrooms and 1 to 2 bathrooms, with square footage ranging from 800 to 2,000. The middle floors, 5th and 6th, offer the largest living space. Below the 5th floor is commercial property such as shops and restaurants. There’s also the Palladio Condominium Association, which manages all the properties within the building including the residential areas. All the residences have 9′ ceilings and balconies, pay for utilities via the Association, and on the roof is a pool and spa.
