The real estate market has had new home builders scrambling to attract home buyers. In order to compete with the massive amount of foreclosures available, Richmond American is offering options not typically found in a Las Vegas home. Their latest community Elsinore is a prime example.
These homes are priced starting in the high 100’s and offer some unique options and standard features. Some homes feature dual pantries in the kitchen, large laundry rooms and airy lofts. Home sizes range from 1,550 square feet up to 1,900 square feet. Homes are available with up to four bedrooms and two and a half baths. The homes are also Energy Star certified by independent energy use auditors. Currently there are several homes under construction.
The Elsinore community is located in the growing southwest portion of the Las Vegas valley in zip code 89141, just a short drive from Mountain’s Edge. Residents will enjoy close proximity to the I15 freeway, Goett family park and plenty of retail and dining options.
