Inspirada – Matisse Village Homes by KB Homes is a new homes community in Henderson, NV offering affordable desert living with multiple designs so that each home buyer can have the opportunity of getting exactly what they want in a new home. The community offers two types of pools, a community center with many planned activities and rooms for rent for parties and other events, a playground, community parks and picnic areas, and many fields for sports such as baseball diamonds.
There are 9 different floor plans for 3 models of homes that range between 1,321 and 2,847 square feet, with prices starting around $155,000. They offer both one and two-story homes with 3 to 5 bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 bathrooms, and 2-car garages. Some plans offer a covered patio, and the largest design offers what could be classified as a full master suite where the master bedrooms leads into an extra large master bathroom and a massive walk-in closet that’s the size of bedrooms in many homes.
