Heritage Estates is a new homes community in Elko, NV, built by Bailey Homes. Elko is a desert community along the Humboldt River, at least 4 hours from the closest major city, which means it’s quiet and peaceful and near the Ruby Mountains, which offers great scenic views from the community.
There are 5 major floor plans, which allow for some customization. The homes range in square footage from 1,823 to 3,174, with 3 to 4 bedrooms and 2 to 3 bathrooms. Prices start around $280,000, and all have basements. All of the homes are known for having large rooms, gourmet kitchens and hardwood floors.
