Lennar Homes is planning on helping to build a full residential / commercial community in the Kiley Ranch area of Sparks, Nevada. It will be called Creeks Crossing at Kiley Ranch, and it will be a community of single family homes with 3-4 bedrooms. There will be five styles of homes and four new floorplans that will be exclusive to this community.
The plan is to make all homes energy efficient while creating a full lifestyle area where their hopes are to create a self sufficient master community that promises a richer life experience overall. The homes will be between 1,543 and 2,576 square feet, both ranch and two-story homes with many energy efficient features. The style of the homes will be Western Ranch, Cottage, Farmhouse, Craftsman, and Victorian.
The entire community will be linked from within via walking and bicycle paths and parks, and hopefully be integrated harmoniously with the surrounding land, which will be planned to not impact the environment. The commercial areas are planned to create many local jobs so residents won’t have to go far to go to work. There’s no time frame given as to when this community will be completed, but one commercial area that’s already compete is 20,000-square-foot Belimo Americas, which was scheduled to open in December.
